HEAD OF MARKETING 

for our partner – a successful Bulgarian company, focused on growing sustainability solutions business, and operating in the textile products B2B/B2C sector with commercial activities Bulgaria and abroad.  

Role mission:

Working with a global, cross-functional team, you will define, develop, and execute innovative marketing programs that drive awareness and maximize impact globally.
The purpose of the Sr Manager role is to develop a comprehensive communications plan to engage consumers, customers, and Associates. 
This role will also drive key programs and partnerships to accelerate their sustainability reputation and drive measurable impact.
You will develop the go-to-market messaging, building consensus across teams and coordinating execution across regions and channels.

The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

Develop global marketing strategy and powerful communications programs that create positive recognition of the company's business strategies for all product lines.
Develop and launch external comms plan to create a steady beat of news around company's commitments, initiatives, and products, including- announcements, visible leadership, and social media content for all partnerships and significant milestones across the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders, extended marketing organization, agencies, public relations, and media, public and international organizations. 
Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, and delivery of global commercial marketing programs and campaigns that include inbound/outbound marketing, media relations, events, PR and employer branding. 
Work effectively with regions to develop programs that meet global needs and can be easily leveraged regionally.
Manage marketing budget allocation, pricing strategies, expenditures, monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns. 

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field is essential
5 years relevant professional experience in brand communications with proven success leading, developing, and managing communications programs.
Strong understanding of principles and best practice for marketing strategy
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital measurement and marketing

Основни отговорности:

Планира, разработва и следи за прилагането на търговската и маркетинговата политика на фирмата;
Извършва пазарни анализи свързани с клиенти, конкуренти и доставчици;

Изисквания: 

Висше образование;

Опитът в разработването на нови международни пазари се счита за предимство;
Опит в ръководенето на екип;
Свободно владеене на английски език – писмено и говоримо;
Добри компютърни умения – MS Office;
Предишен опит с ERP програми (SAP) и CRM система;
Отлични комуникативни и организационни умения;
Eнергичност, предприемчивост и търговски усет;
