Technical Support Engineer – Level 2

Your Role:

 

• Provide technical support service for B2B and internal customers via all communication channels: phone, e-mail, IM, ticketing system

• Investigate technical problems and their root cause

• Monitor infrastructure and services

• Provide respond to any alert or requests according to the SLA

• Communicate with R&D team and 3rd parties

• Provide regular reports

 

Qualifications & Competences:

 

• Experience in basic Linux command line interface and utilities

• Understanding of TCP/IP network stack and main protocols

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Basic scripting skills (bash, awk, sed)

• Familiar with Cloud services (AWS preferably)

• Experience in work with web applications, monitoring systems, LAMP stack, DNS, mail servers, CDN

• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD

• Intermediate English (speaking/writing)

• Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks

• Be able to work in shifts

• Self-learning, responsible, communicative, accurate

 

Considered as a plus:

 

• Linux administration

• AWS administration

• Monitoring systems configuration (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios)

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)

• Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo)

Data Visualization Analyst

Main responsibilities:

Design and develop reporting and insight solutions and data visualizations based on client requirements, with emphasis on Power BI;
Integrate various datasets and build data models for visualization in Power BI or using data gateways;
Provide reports to business users as well as adjusting existing reports;
Shape specifications for the design and build of dashboards, including feasibility assessments and build time estimates;
Contribute to and disseminate standards, templates and best practice for Data Visualization.

Requirements:

Experience with Python, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Synapse (nice to have), PowerBI, Power Query;
Experience in data visualization and report development techniques such as Tableau, PowerPoint, E-tabs will be considered as an advantage;
Experience with SPSS;
Experience in communicating with other business stakeholder to gather functional and non-functional requirements;
Experience in data duplication, data analysis, data standardization, data normalization and data quality checks are essential;
Experience in exploring the relationships between database objects and the ability to foresee learning that can arise from said relationships;
Should have to automate data quality checks or repetitive local tasks.

• Develop Android components that can be utilized repeatedly to interact with our backend system

• Assess the UI and infrastructure application code to enhance its quality, efficiency, and performance
