Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

2.Service Quality:

Ensuring a high standard of service and safety for customers.
Establishing procedures for quality control and service monitoring.

3.Personnel Management:

Recruiting, training, and motivating staff in operational departments.
Developing effective teams and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

4.Technological Development:

Keeping abreast of innovations in taxi service technologies and implementing suitable technological solutions to improve operations.

🎓 Candidate Requirements:
