         Ecommerce Customer Service Representative with German/ French/ Italian and English

Main responsibilities:

Resolve customer queries effectively, efficiently and quickly;
Amplify the voice of the customer by escalating customer feedback and ideas for improvement;
Impress customers with amazing brand knowledge and champion the brand at all times;
Works expertly with systems (internal and external) to investigate and resolve customers queries accurately and quickly;
Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers;
Deliver high quality standards, personalise communications to customers to fit the customer’s individual style, brand values and the required brand tone of voice;
Communicate with customers via email, phone, live chat and social media.

Your Profile:

Fluent level of German/ French/ Italian  language – both written and verbal;
Very good knowledge of English language – both written and verbal;
Previous working experience within a customer service environment;
Experience in a multinational environment;
Excellent knowledge and use of  MS Office applications.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with  core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.


Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including database input and maintenance, scheduling medical check-ups and training, and overseeing overseas assignments as an interface between clients and employees, including translation if necessary;
Contribute to creating and maintaining a company culture based on loyalty, commitment, and respect.


Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial or construction sector;
Ability to assess technical skills and identify exceptional candidates;
Fluent in French and Bulgarian;
English is considered an advantage;
Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member;
Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to company values;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
Adaptability and creativity;
Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in the field of recruitment.

– Excellent command of written English (C1-C2 level)
– Very good command of any of the following: Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish language (B2 or more)
