Product Management Specialist

Job brief:

The main objective of the Product Manager is to apply fast-moving product management of textile products. The business sector, in which the company operates, requires close connection with market and suppliers, necessary for the dynamic management of the product features.

Responsibilities:

To perform dynamic management of the product portfolio – pricing, aging (turnover), promotions, P&L;
 To list, categorize and maintain the entire product nomenclature;
To monitor market dynamics – customer trends, competitive activities, long-term fluctuations.
To develop a full database of information regarding company’s products for the use of internal and external users and to update it on regular basis;
To forecast and to analyze sales in terms of volumes, margin, clients, regions;
To cooperate with Finance and IT departments to improve product management tools;
To recommend suppliers’ characteristics necessary for the successful market performance of the products;
To identify key performance indicators for the product management activity;
To analyze the products turnover and to propose action to improve it.
Analyze and Compare pricing data and sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase

Requirements and skills:

High education diploma in related field
Min 3 years of experience in the field of product management and marketing, preferably in a field with relatively fast-moving tangible products.
Strong orientation towards hands-on activities, field market work, dynamic market, and product environment.
Experience and positive attitude towards number-crunching and fast analysis as input for practical application
Excellent command of English
Must be proficient using Excel.
Proactive and systematic approach
Focused on the long-term results.

Role mission:

Working with a global, cross-functional team, you will define, develop, and execute innovative marketing programs that drive awareness and maximize impact globally.
The purpose of the Sr Manager role is to develop a comprehensive communications plan to engage consumers, customers, and Associates. 
This role will also drive key programs and partnerships to accelerate their sustainability reputation and drive measurable impact.
You will develop the go-to-market messaging, building consensus across teams and coordinating execution across regions and channels.

The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

Develop global marketing strategy and powerful communications programs that create positive recognition of the company's business strategies for all product lines.
Develop and launch external comms plan to create a steady beat of news around company's commitments, initiatives, and products, including- announcements, visible leadership, and social media content for all partnerships and significant milestones across the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders, extended marketing organization, agencies, public relations, and media, public and international organizations. 
Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, and delivery of global commercial marketing programs and campaigns that include inbound/outbound marketing, media relations, events, PR and employer branding. 
Work effectively with regions to develop programs that meet global needs and can be easily leveraged regionally.
Manage marketing budget allocation, pricing strategies, expenditures, monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns. 

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field is essential
5 years relevant professional experience in brand communications with proven success leading, developing, and managing communications programs.
Strong understanding of principles and best practice for marketing strategy

Head of SUPPLY CHAIN Management

Currently we are looking for a motivated expert to join the team of our partner, a production company, as an:
Head of SUPPLY CHAIN Management 
Role and Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates the working processes in the department – distribution and warehouse.
Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and products located in in the factory and in the warehouses.
Improves the plant warehousing strategies for materials and finished products and optimizing inventory at warehouses.
Product portfolio management
Negotiates prices and terms with the strategic suppliers and freight forwarders.
Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply
Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes.

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, or related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in industrial environments.
Business fluent in English both written and oral.
Deep understanding of production and supply chain processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
Proficient using Excel
