People Business Enabler

Responsibilities:

Partner with the leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes, including coaching, performance development, talent development, succession planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, development programs, change management, head counting etc.;
Initiates strategic activities within the company;
Supporting Payroll team with knowledge of employment law;
Participate and drive global projects where needed;
Focusing on people training and development processes;

Requirements:

HR experience in multinational organization;
Responsible, motivated person with CAN DO attitude and passion for people processes;
Fluent in business English (written and spoken);
People management experience;
Experience in training and developing people;
Knowledge and practical implementation of People Experience practices and excellent labor law knowledge
