For one of our customers, one of the leading facility companies worldwide, we are currently looking for a responsible and motivated candidate to join for the position of:
Grow existing and new customer opportunities to exceed sales and margin targets;
Drive sales throughout the country to maximize market share, whilst growing revenue and profit;
Grow a network of key business partners (installers) to deliver consistent revenue and profit growth in line with or in excess of targets;
Maintain clear and relevant pricing policies and disciplines with all customers;
Actively seek out new opportunities and routes to market with installers;
Gather relevant competitor market information;
Coordinate approach with all Sales colleagues to drive cross-selling opportunities;
Preferably, HVAC academic degree;
Proven experience in selling HVAC solutions and products on the Bulgarian market;
Track-record and experience in strategic account management & sales;
Proficiency in negotiation skills (tactics, techniques, strategies);
Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian;
Strong MS Office skills;
Experience and knowledge in HVAC software a plus;
