What You'll Do?

  • CRM System Architecture: Design, maintain, and elevate the CRM systems housed in Active Campaign and Pipedrive.
  • Lead Management: Analyze and segment an extensive database of leads to identify the most valuable ones. Your insights will guide the targeting of the right leads with precision.
  • Email Marketing: Tailoring email and phone marketing strategies to match the unique interests of each lead.
  • Strategic Campaign Creation: If you have a flair for crafting compelling campaigns on social media, you'll find plenty of opportunities to shine here.
  • Analysis: Dive into the data, extract key insights, and steer the marketing efforts 

What Are We Looking For?

  • Proficiency in Active Campaign or similar platforms (Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
  • We value experience in email marketing or customer support, highlighting your customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling marketing emails and simple visual ads.
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms.
  • Excellent English skills

Отговорности и задължения на длъжността:

  • Организира и управлява цялата дейност, свързана с продажбите и маркетинга на туристическия бизнес на компанията;

  • Активно търси и привлича нови клиенти, установява и поддържа активна комуникация с турагенти; 
  • Провежда преговори, изготвя договори, ценови оферти, справки и анализи свързани с дейността;
  • Проучва пазара,  отговаря за рекламната политика на туристическата дейност на компанията, анализира ефективността от рекламните активности в различните традиционни и нетрадиционни медийни канали, като развива директни продажби ;
  • Участва в рекламни мероприятия и събития, туристически борси и конференции;
  • Изготвя търговска и отчетна документация, справки и анализи свързани с дейността;
  • Утвърждава и поддържа добрият имидж на компанията и продукта.

Изисквания за длъжността:

  • Висше образование в сферата на Туризъм, Хотелиерство, Управление, Маркетинг или друго икономическо образование;
  • Предишен опит на позиция-Мениджър Продажби, Маркетинг или сходна позиция в областта на хотелиерството;
  • Високи организационни умения, умения за работа с клиенти и в екип, ефективно разпределяне на времето и приоритизиране на работните задачи;
  • Отлично боравене с MS Office Word, Excel, Internet, Social Networks;
  • Много добра компютърна грамотност и опит в работа с хотелски софтуер /предимство е опит с Clock Evo/;
  • Много добро владеене на английски език (втори чужд език е предимство);
  • Умение за работа в динамична среда, с разнообразни текущи задачи;
  • Иновативност, творчество и прецизност в работата;

Вашите отговорности:
 

  • Планиране на постъпващите поръчки за производство на външна реклама, метални конструкции, табели и др.;
  • Търсите фирми подизпълнители за изпълнение на постъпилте поръчки,ценови оферти, следите за качеството;
  • Контролирате спазването на технологията и качеството при производството на рекламните конструкции;
  • Отговаря за ежедневното приоритизиране на поръчките;
  • Осъществяване на мониторинг на всички материали необходими за гладкото протичане на работните процеси.

 
Вашият профил:
 

  • Опит и познания в изработката на рекламни конструкции  (Еталбонд, ОпалПлексиглас);
  • Висше техническо или икономическо образование ще се счита за предимство;
  • Опит в продажбите – минимум една година;
  • Английски език на работно ниво;
  • Отлични комуникативни умения;
  • Добра компютърна грамотност;

What YOUR Responsibilities Will Be:
Develops marketing & strategies by evaluating consumer insights, tracking changes in consumer demand, identifying consumer needs and monitoring the competition.
Reviews the annual marketing plan, brands’ communication and media plans, promotions, and all related consumer activities. Ensures that all marketing material is in line with company product identity.
Oversees implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, marketing material and digital marketing.

What skills do YOU need to possess?
Master’s Degree in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector. At least 5 years of experience in a leading role

Our trusted partner is publishing company operating in Balkans region, which business sector is partworks weekly editions for kids.  

We are currently looking for a motivated candidate for the position:

SALES CONSULTANT

The main sales channel is kiosks and corner stores that carry press, as well as selective chains of modern trade (Fantastico, Inmedio, etc.).

Responsibilities:
•         Visit the kiosks/convenience stores and ensure that they are stocked with the products/collections.
•         Visit key retailers, aiming at improving display levels – minimize OOS.
•         Visit prospective clients in order to broaden the distribution base
•         Create weekly itineraries for covering all the districts 
•         Monitor kiosk/store inventory and arrange ordering process based on the store needs 
•         Monitor collections display and competition publications 
•         Provide reports of the visits 
 
Qualification and requirements: 
•         University degree 
•         English – good conversational level
•         At least 2 years of experience working in retail or sales position in traditional channel
•         Excellent analytical skills 
•         Good user of Excel 
•         Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•         Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service 
•         May be required to travel to client locations

Event Marketing Specialist


We are currently looking, for one of our partners – a capable and responsible candidate for the position

Marketing Expert – Events

About the role: 
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this person will be motivated to deliver best-in-class high-performing event marketing campaigns, driving increased attendance and delegate revenue. This role will play an important part in building out the flagship events and creating the Gо To Market plan. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage, and execute strategic, data-driven marketing plans that deliver target delegate attendance and revenue on your portfolio of events 
  • Devise new strategies to enhance the promotion’s messaging, reach and effectiveness 
  • Create customer-focused, consistent messaging and compelling value propositions 
  • Work with the producers to identify new audience groups, then develop strategy and messaging to attract and convert contacts from these groups 
  • Approach, negotiate and roll-out key industry partnerships to reach new audiences and regions, tracking effectiveness in converting 
  • Develop marketing automation strategies including personas, segmentation, landing pages, lead scoring, customer journeys, and nurture campaigns 
  • Analysis and optimisation: Measure and report on overall marketing effectiveness, identifying where campaigns can be optimised and tested. Provide regular reporting to leadership, marketing, sales, and clients on the progress of programs and campaigns 
  • Liaise with central marketing teams to support brand, event and campaign initiatives 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in event marketing 
  • Degree-level education is preferable   
  • CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and or similar marketing qualifications ideal  
  • Experience managing marketing, CRM and event technology platforms ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent 
  • Strong verbal/written communication and project management skills 
  • Experience in event marketing  
  • Experience and comfort with data analysis, database marketing and audience research 
  • Proficient in working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
