Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidate for the position of:

Maintenance Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and review maintenance plans for equipment, production lines and facilities; 
  • Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
  • Manages and updates technical documentation;
  • Solves technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines;
  • Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order;
  • Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency;
  • Responds to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process;
  • Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Automation, Information and Control Equipment Industrial automation;
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Technical documentation;
  • Previous professional experience of at least 5 years;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Relevant technical knowledge;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Flexibility and motivation to work;
  • Teamworking skills.

Head Of Operations

Role mission:
The role is strategic and should develop and implement performance goals and long-term operational plans for the production operations of the company.

Focused on:

  • Increasing operations capacity and volumes in current facilities
  • Maximizing efficiency and productivity and reducing operations costs
  • Managing the overall process of preparing and scaling operations abroad
  • Integrating a continuous improvement model through lean management, optimizations, and technological development
  • Ensuring consistent and reliable quality management
  • Developing a strong middle management in all operations

The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes, its improvement, warehouse, and facility management, to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
  • Drawing on relationships with subordinate department managers, internal clients, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Devising strategies for ensuring the growth of new operations and expansion programs enterprise-wide, and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Recognizing and actively seeking ways to improve operational delivery to address business, organizational and technical issues, specifically focusing on scaling the operations abroad. 
  • Influencing senior level and scaling project teams through change management initiatives
  • Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity and profitability. 
  • Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements
  • Adhering to the company’s policies and standards and ensuring that laws and regulations are being followed on current or new markets. 
  • Working closely with other heads of units to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Mentoring and leading the team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Know-how areas:

  • Proven experience and deep knowledge in strategic production/operations management, ideally in an international environment
  • Knowledge of operations performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Education in management/business administration is strongly desired, technological education is a strong asset.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a result-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Software
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth research, design, and deploy advanced predictive machine learning models, actively engaging in hands-on development. 

  • Formulate and implement systematic trading strategies based on model predictions, contributing to effective decision-making. 

  • Stay abreast of financial literature and academic papers to identify market inefficiencies and draw inspiration for enhancing trading strategies. 

  • Develop hypotheses related to market patterns and dependencies, conducting rigorous testing to validate findings.

Technical Requirements:

  • Exhibit proficiency in training and implementing models with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow. 

  • Showcase understanding in linear algebra, time series analysis, data mining, numerical methods, and statistical tools, including PCA and regression. 

  • Demonstrate a track record of dedication and perseverance in solving complex problems. 

  • Exhibit excellent spoken and written English skills. 
     

Soft Skills Requirements: 

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. 

  • Possess self-awareness, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative team-player mentality. 

  • Exhibit a self-starting, enthusiastic, and positive thinking approach. 

Nice to Have: 

  • Degrees in technical or quantitative disciplines such as statistics, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or computer science.

Chief Accountant


Our partner is international agricultural distribution company.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced professional for the role:

Chief Accountant.

What you will do:

  • Record the daily transactions of sales, purchases, and expenses into ERP system;
  • Take control on accounting transactions and ensure that all incoming/outgoing invoices are correct and registered properly;
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reports;
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and all declarations to Tax Authorities;
  • Controlling of inventory transactions;
  • Preparing the budget and forecasting;
  • Coordinate contacts with key customers, government institutions and Suppliers;
  • Execute HR administration and payroll;
  • Coordinate the financial month end closure and maintain clean and accurate general ledger;
  • Ensure the Company compliance with internal controls around certain accounting activities;

If you have:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Minimum 7 years of accounting and finance experience;
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of the accounting and tax laws and regulations in Bulgaria;

  • Responsible for carrying out budgeting/forecasting actuals and investment processes in quality and on time;

  • Participates in financial structuring, assessment of economic and financial risks
