  • Previous professional experience of at least 5 years;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Relevant technical knowledge;

Role mission:
The role is strategic and should develop and implement performance goals and long-term operational plans for the production operations of the company.

Focused on:

  • Increasing operations capacity and volumes in current facilities

The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Drawing on relationships with subordinate department managers, internal clients, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • Devising strategies for ensuring the growth of new operations and expansion programs enterprise-wide, and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Recognizing and actively seeking ways to improve operational delivery to address business, organizational and technical issues, specifically focusing on scaling the operations abroad. 
  • Influencing senior level and scaling project teams through change management initiatives
  • Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity and profitability. 
  • Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements
  • Adhering to the company’s policies and standards and ensuring that laws and regulations are being followed on current or new markets. 
  • Working closely with other heads of units to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Mentoring and leading the team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Know-how areas:

  • Proven experience and deep knowledge in strategic production/operations management, ideally in an international environment
  • Knowledge of operations performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Education in management/business administration is strongly desired, technological education is a strong asset.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced professional for the role:

Chief Accountant.

What you will do:

  • Record the daily transactions of sales, purchases, and expenses into ERP system;
  • Take control on accounting transactions and ensure that all incoming/outgoing invoices are correct and registered properly;
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reports;
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and all declarations to Tax Authorities;
  • Controlling of inventory transactions;
  • Preparing the budget and forecasting;
  • Coordinate contacts with key customers, government institutions and Suppliers;
  • Execute HR administration and payroll;
  • Coordinate the financial month end closure and maintain clean and accurate general ledger;

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance;
