RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support partners and employees worldwide via phone or remote access systems, resolve issues and offer solutions for various software or furniture related topics;
Handling user queries – from initial contact and error analysis to developing solutions;
Customer installation and administration;
You will also work closely with various departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

You have very good written and spoken skills in German and English (B2 level);
Have initial experience in IT services and IT support;
Solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of service orientation is one of your strengths.
