Key Account Manager – Home Appliance

We are currently looking for one of our international partners, a professional to take the role of:

Key Account Manager – Home Appliance
YOUR Responsibilities:

Improve market position and market share of the company products in Bulgaria
Building and maintaining the best possible business relationship with export partners
Maximize sales volume and profitability, meet monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans
Follow-up of shipments
Negotiation of annual trade terms
Coordination of orders with delivery features accurately
Cooperate with Demand Planning to create precise sales forecasts. Update forecast charts and order sheets based on sales managers' and partners' instructions
Precise follow-up of the sales administration
Recommend and implement channel strategy, daily issues trouble-shooting
Manage in-store communication and coordinating co-promotions
Flyer and store price analysis; control and prevention of retail price erosion
Prepare regular reports to the Supervisor and HA Team
Daily cooperation with HA Sales Team members

What skills do YOU need to possess?

University/College degree (Economy or Technology background preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience preferably in a technical field. Proven track record of delivering sales growth targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
A result-driven professional with strategic thinking and an analytical approach
Willingness to travel and Driving license “B” (active driving)
Interest in technology and technological innovations
Ability to negotiate with stakeholders

We're seeking a skilled Sales and Product Manager to oversee our Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) product lines. This role is crucial for managing product positioning, pricing, placement, and promotion in the Bulgarian market.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales, pricing, promotion, and marketing strategies for MDA & SDA products;
Market Analysis: Coordinate product assortment, pricing, listing, and distribution. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends;
Goal Management: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the product lines;
Product Strategy: Create and implement strategies that align with the company's goals;
Inventory Control: Manage forecasts, supply, and stock inventory to meet company KPIs;
Competitive Pricing: Establish effective pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.

 

 

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, working with related products;
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the market and experience working with major retail and online distributors;
Strong product management and sales abilities, excellent negotiation skills;
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

Grow existing and new customer opportunities to exceed sales and margin targets;
Drive sales throughout the country to maximize market share, whilst growing revenue and profit;
Grow a network of key business partners (installers) to deliver consistent revenue and profit growth in line with or in excess of targets;
Maintain clear and relevant pricing policies and disciplines with all customers;

Requirements:

Preferably, HVAC academic degree;

Strong MS Office skills;
