SALES MANAGER

For one of our customers, one of the leading facility companies worldwide, we are currently looking for a responsible and motivated candidate to join for the position of:
SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Grow existing and new customer opportunities to exceed sales and margin targets;
- Drive sales throughout the country to maximize market share, whilst growing revenue and profit;
- Grow a network of key business partners (installers) to deliver consistent revenue and profit growth in line with or in excess of targets;
- Maintain clear and relevant pricing policies and disciplines with all customers;
- Actively seek out new opportunities and routes to market with installers;
- Gather relevant competitor market information;
- Coordinate approach with all Sales colleagues to drive cross-selling opportunities;
Requirements:
- Preferably, HVAC academic degree;
- Proven experience in selling HVAC solutions and products on the Bulgarian market;
- Track-record and experience in strategic account management & sales;
- Proficiency in negotiation skills (tactics, techniques, strategies);
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Experience and knowledge in HVAC software a plus;
