RTR Specialist with German

The Role:

The ideal candidate would be a self-driven, pro-active, and hands-on individual with strong knowledge and a proven track record. This role has a functional reporting line to the Team Leader – Record to Report.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in transition activities;
Responsible for supporting accounting services for selected processes and countries, which include accounting for and coordination of month-end general ledger close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations;
Monthly period-end fixed assets closing activities;
Provide support for roles in the area of Record-to Report;

 

 

Requirements:

Education;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
Experience- more than 5 years;
Competencies;
Experience with simple to complex query handling;
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT);
ERP knowledge (SAP);
Process knowledge on RTR;

Основни отговорности на позицията:

Помощ с изготвяне на седмични отчети за паричнитте потоци;
Проверка коректността на приложените документи и вече въведените счетоводни транзакции;

Основни изисквания към кандидата:

 

Висше икономическо образование – „Счетоводство”, „Финанси” или „Икономика“;
Счетоводен опит и опит с ERP система би било голямо предимство;
Отлични умения за работа с Excel;
Умение за работа в екип;
Аналитично мислене и внимание към детайлите;

Main Responsibilities:

Producing, creating, and inputting all General Ledger journals, including non-AP/AR bank payments, while ensuring accuracy, correct authorization, and maintenance of relevant supporting evidence.
Preparing accurate US GAAP Management Accounts in adherence to the Month, Quarter, and Year-End Global Close Schedule.
Supporting the preparation of accurate Statutory Accounts in adherence to statutory deadlines.
Liaising closely with the Business Unit to ensure a good understanding of business developments.
Performing accruals, reconciliations, and analysis of company accounts on a monthly base.

 

 

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in accounting.
Excellent conversational and written knowledge in French and English.
Attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivated and organized.
Ability to assess, recommend, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Profitability Analysis: Analyze pricing along product life cycle and perform ad hoc product profitability analysis to drive strategic pricing decisions.
Manufacturing Reporting and Unit Cost Analysis: Perform unit cost analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and improve cost efficiency.
Capex Management: Prepare capital plans to support investment decisions and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Reporting, Information & Data Model: Assess, develop, and integrate reporting requirements to provide insightful management reports and support decision-making processes.
Management Reporting, Analysis & Other Ad-hoc tasks: Perform sales reporting, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support various management reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Fluency in German and English;
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Proven track record in product profitability analysis, manufacturing cost analysis, and capex management.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
