Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Profitability Analysis: Analyze pricing along product life cycle and perform ad hoc product profitability analysis to drive strategic pricing decisions.
- Manufacturing Reporting and Unit Cost Analysis: Perform unit cost analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and improve cost efficiency.
- Capex Management: Prepare capital plans to support investment decisions and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Reporting, Information & Data Model: Assess, develop, and integrate reporting requirements to provide insightful management reports and support decision-making processes.
- Management Reporting, Analysis & Other Ad-hoc tasks: Perform sales reporting, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support various management reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in product profitability analysis, manufacturing cost analysis, and capex management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
