Основни отговорности:

  • Участва активно в процеса по закупуване на индиректни материали, включително изготвяне на поръчки, следене на наличностите и преговори с доставчици;
  • Въвежда, актуализира и поддържа база данни в SAP относно заявки и запаси;
  • Наблюдава и координира статуса на поръчките, доставките и плащанията;
  • Изпълнява различни административни задачи и подпомага дейността на отдела;
  • Осъществява комуникация, координация и тясно сътрудничество с други отдели, доставчици, клиенти и институции;
  • Работи с офис оборудване и обработва документация;

 
Изисквания:

  • Подходящо образование и добри технически познания;
  • Предходен опит в областта на закупуването и администрацията е предимство;
  • Много добри компютърни умения и опит със SAP;
  • Добро ниво на английски език;
  • Шофьорска книжка кат. B – активен шофьор;
  • Аналитични умения, организираност и отговорност;

Material Planner


 For our client, a leader in its sector, we are looking for a professional who is involved with Material and production planning, monitoring and calculating the quantities of goods and materials, consumables required for the operation of a manufacturing international company and to take the position of:

Material Planner

Your role will be:

  • Production and material planning in observing production needs and stock levels;
  • Coordination of the processes of planning, together with Production and Logistic departments;
  • Daily follow up of the production orders, respectively bill of materials;
  • Daily work in the respective modules in SAP in coordination with the colleagues from Turkey and Germany;
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and contractors of the company.

Purchasing Specialist


We are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidate for the position of:

Purchasing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  • Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
  • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
  • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
  • Negotiating price, delivery schedule and terms, periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions;
  • Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues, managing claims;
  • Transport organization and optimization.

    Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a purchasing specialist or in a similar role in a manufacturing
    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred;
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ERP such as SAP/NAVISION will be considered as an advantage;
  • English language – high level;
  • Communications and negotiations skills

Head of SUPPLY CHAIN Management

Currently we are looking for a motivated expert to join the team of our partner, a production company, as an:
Head of SUPPLY CHAIN Management 
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates the working processes in the department – distribution and warehouse.
  • Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
  • Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and products located in in the factory and in the warehouses.
  • Improves the plant warehousing strategies for materials and finished products and optimizing inventory at warehouses.
  • Product portfolio management
  • Negotiates prices and terms with the strategic suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply
  • Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in industrial environments.
  • Business fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Deep understanding of production and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
  • Proficient using Excel
  • Strong Leadership skills.
