Purchasing Specialist
We are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidate for the position of:
Purchasing Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
- Negotiating price, delivery schedule and terms, periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions;
- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues, managing claims;
- Transport organization and optimization.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a purchasing specialist or in a similar role in a manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred; - Knowledge of MS Office, ERP such as SAP/NAVISION will be considered as an advantage;
- English language – high level;
- Communications and negotiations skills
