Experience in recruitment minimum 1-2 years; 
Excellent PC skills and very good command in English (minimum B2 level);
Readiness to work within tight deadlines in busy environment;
Experience in building and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies (LinkedIn, networking, social & digital media, etc.​);

You will be responsible for:

Organizing and coordinating recruitment and selection activities according to established company standards and requirements;
Preparing attractive job ads in line with job descriptions and preliminary agreed criteria for selection with the line managers;
Utilizing appropriate communication channels as tools for attracting the best talents on the market;
Regular updating of the Manpower Bulgaria database;
Search for new channels to attract potential candidates.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with  core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.

 
Responsibilities:

Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including database input and maintenance, scheduling medical check-ups and training, and overseeing overseas assignments as an interface between clients and employees, including translation if necessary;
Contribute to creating and maintaining a company culture based on loyalty, commitment, and respect.

Qualifications:

Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial or construction sector;
Ability to assess technical skills and identify exceptional candidates;
Fluent in French and Bulgarian;
English is considered an advantage;
Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member;
Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to company values;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
Adaptability and creativity;
Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in the field of recruitment.
