About the Role:
As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
- Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
- Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including database input and maintenance, scheduling medical check-ups and training, and overseeing overseas assignments as an interface between clients and employees, including translation if necessary;
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a company culture based on loyalty, commitment, and respect.
Qualifications:
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial or construction sector;
- Ability to assess technical skills and identify exceptional candidates;
- Fluent in French and Bulgarian;
- English is considered an advantage;
- Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member;
- Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to company values;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
- Adaptability and creativity;
- Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in the field of recruitment.
