Responsibilities:
Taking inbound calls from prospective customers – ВtoВ and BtoC;
Providing the highest level of customer service;
Prepares and sends offers;
Process, manage, and record sales and payments;
Handling customer inquiries professionally;
Send contract renewals
Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary;
Requirements:
Working level of English;
Education in IT or Engineering focus would be an advantage;
Highly organized, able to follow deadlines and multitask;
Knowledge of the IT sector and interest in cybersecurity
A collaborative person, able to work across the team;
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of IT skills;
