Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from prospective customers – ВtoВ and BtoC;
- Providing the highest level of customer service;
- Prepares and sends offers;
- Process, manage, and record sales and payments;
- Handling customer inquiries professionally;
- Send contract renewals
- Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary;
Requirements:
- Working level of English;
- Education in IT or Engineering focus would be an advantage;
- Highly organized, able to follow deadlines and multitask;
- Knowledge of the IT sector and interest in cybersecurity
- A collaborative person, able to work across the team;
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of IT skills;
