Customer Support Representative with English – IT sector

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls from prospective customers – ВtoВ and BtoC;
  • Providing the highest level of customer service;
  • Prepares and sends offers;
  • Process, manage, and record sales and payments;
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally;
  • Send contract renewals
  • Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Working level of English;
  • Education in IT or Engineering focus would be an advantage;
  • Highly organized, able to follow deadlines and multitask;
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and interest in cybersecurity
  • A collaborative person, able to work across the team;
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good level of IT skills;
