Business Development Expert
with a strong personal initiative to join their dedicated team
Main responsibilities:
- Provide customer perspective in factory management team (outside-in view);
- Provide local business intelligence and competitive data;
- Analyze sales/factory performance;
- Mid- and long term forecasting;
- Facilitate development of factory strategic action plan and KPI follow-up;
- Bring new business to the factory;
- Act as factory coordinator in industrializing and implementing new offers;
- Provide training of factory capabilities via webjoins, seminars, customer visits, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar;
- Previous experience as a Business Development Expert in a related industry.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor;
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and customer relations;
- Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
