Junior IT Support Engineer
For one of our Partners – one of the best in the industry cyber security we are looking for Junior IT Support Engineer.

You'll be a crucial part of their IT support team and learn from the best. This role is perfect for individuals with little or no experience, and even experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for cybersecurity systems, software, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including cybersecurity-related incidents
- Collaborate with senior cybersecurity professionals to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Install, modify, and maintain cybersecurity tools and technologies
- Assist in maintaining and updating cybersecurity documentation
Requirements:
- CCNA certificate or a strong willingness to graduate soon
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in learning
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
