The position is office-based in Sofia and Varna, and a relocation package is available.
Client Advisor with German- Voice/ Chat Communication
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Be readily available to assist our clients and consistently uphold the company's core values.
- Professionally handle inbound calls from customers/clients while maintaining agreed-upon service standards, ensuring the highest level of service, and adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Upsale/cross-sale of a variety of products that goes directly into your payslip;
- Respond to written inquiries received through online channels, including email, and live chat, in accordance with predefined service levels, policies, and procedures, while maintaining impeccable German grammar.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (B2-C1) with great verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-assured, self-motivated, and disciplined, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using various computer tools to multitask and assist clients via phone and non-voice channels.
- Strong team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Flexibility in managing tasks and workloads.
