Recruitment and HR Specialist

As a Recruitment and HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and retaining  talent for their expanding workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective and proactive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from the regions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews to identify the best candidates for each role.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and well-informed.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage HR documentation and communicate actively with external payroll.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Recruitment and/or HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactivity and creativity in proposing different recruitment solutions.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Valid driving license.
