Your tasks:

  • You will act as a crucial interface between external customer service teams and internal departments, including Customer Service Management, Quality Management, Traffic Control, Finance, Legal, and more.
  • Taking decisive action, you will provide guidance on claims settlement where documented processes are not applicable, always with Customer Satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
  • You will contribute continuously to process changes and optimizations aimed at enhancing customer service for both our customers and regional organizations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and German (C1 Level), you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • You bring firsthand experience in customer care, placing the customer at the forefront of your priorities.
  • Motivated, persistent, proactive, and driven by team goals, you thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Your innovative mindset and proactive approach drive you to think outside the box, constantly seeking opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
