We are seeking a professional with fluency in Dutch or Czech for one of our partners. A dynamic and innovative BPO company dedicated to providing exceptional services globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate user-generated content in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and issues via written communication (email or chat).
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all interactions with users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
- Assist in the development and improvement of moderation processes and guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch or Czech (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive or challenging situations diplomatically.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, moderation, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
