QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST – PRODUCTION COMPANY
Responsibilities:
- Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex customers’ complaints;
- Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex problems in terms of quality;
- Audit the plants to check the degree of compliance with the Quality Assurance requirements and identify improvement opportunities to prevent or minimize quality and/or food safety problems and support on the implementation of corrective actions;
- Participate in customers audits;
- Develop standard procedures in terms of quality assurance in order to reduce variability and improve the consistency of the quality of product;
- Guarantee the implementation of standard procedures and ensure its compliance in all areas of the company and guarantee that they are properly interpreted and enforced by everyone;
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Experience on a similar position will be advantage;
- Freely using MS Windows and MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Very good organization skills;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Team player;
