MATERIAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST – PRODUCTION

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the necessary documentation: Reach, Rohs, Declaration of Incorporation, CE Declaration, Declaration of Conformity etc.
- Structures, implements and maintain the Quality Management system (QMS), by assuring continuous function
- Participate in 3rd part Audits – IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Execute internal audit schedule of quality management system
- Analyze non-conformities from Audits, CARs, Root Cause, prepare corrective actions and improvements
- Administrate Intelex system
Qualifications:
- Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Internal Auditor certificate: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow and work with multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving ability/attitude
- Communication skills – Attention to detail – managing multiple tasks shall not compromise on attention to detail.
- Experience range – minimum 2 years relevant experience in the manufacturing area.
- Very good knowledge of English language and MS Office
