Process engineer
At Manpower Bulgaria, we are looking for a motivated professional for a
Process engineer
position, to join a global company specialized in the production of medical and orthopedic solutions.
Main tasks:
• Responsible for pre-production and first series up to first production for the new products;
• Responsible for the process release as well as the assurance of process stability and process capability;
• Creating work schedules in SAP and preparing work instructions;
• Training of relevant production employees in terms of products and processes;
• Ensuring the availability of needed machinery and equipment for the serial production;
• Defining history records and crating updated documents;
• Maintain the process of products implementation in mass production.
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree – (Mechatronics, Machining, Chemical or other industrial engineering);
• Practical experience 3+ years in production / manufacturing company
• Advanced knowledge in SAP in particular of the modules PP and MM;
• Extensive experience in LEAN management and ideally a REFA training is huge advantage;
• Requires evaluation, interpretation and judgment to select the right course of action;
• Very good computer skills – MS Excel; Good English speaking skills;
• Works process and results-oriented as well as high analytical competence.Good command of
