We are seeking a dedicated Cash Collections Specialist with Czech to join a dynamic finance team.
This role is crucial in optimizing cash flow across our portfolio, focusing on enhancing payment methods and customer education to minimize overdue debts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively chase overdue invoices through telephone, email, and letters within set time frames, ensuring all invoices are accurately checked.
- Engage in regular communication with customers to manage all relevant debts effectively.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance policies during all transactions.
- Manage disputed bills and negotiate terms to secure payment within agreed timelines.
- Provide swift and thorough responses to both client and internal inquiries.
- Perform account reconciliations as needed.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the CFO, Finance Manager, or designated representatives.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Czech, alongside English, is essential.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiar with order preparation processes and administrative tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on detail.
