Основни задължения:

  • Поддържа връзка с клиенти, партньори и наематели на компанията, и служи, като първа точка за контакт с тях, като организира информацията и я насочва към ръководството
  • Подготвя всички документи свързани с дейността по лизинг, като проследява процесите и актуализира база данни.
  • Проследява всички текущи плащания от страна на клиентите, като следи за спазване на сроковете.
  • Подава актуална информация към мениджмънта , която отразява в ежеседмични, ежемесечни справки и отчети, поддържа и актуализира база данни, свързана с наемателите.

Изисквания за позицията:

  • Висше образование
  • Много добро ниво на владеене на английски език – писмено и говоримо.
  • Отлично владеене на MS Excel /статистически функции, отчети и др./
  • Добро владеене на MS Power Point
  • Опит с ERP системи ще се счита за предимство.
  • Проактивното и позитивно мислене, внимание към детайла.
  • Предишен професионален опит на подобна позиция ще се счита за предимство
  • Опит и готовност за работа с документи, прецизност при изготвянето
  • Добри комуникативни умения, инициативност и умения за работа в екип.

Commercial Manager
Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Source raw materials in the assigned product groups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate prices, conditions, and supplier agreements with the company’s suppliers.
  • Analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to the executive team.

SOLAR PV DESIGN ENGINEER

Our client is a company with expertise in project management, design and engineering, procurement, mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and start up.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professional

SOLAR PV DESIGN ENGINEER

to join our client’s growing team to support the project development, design, and project implementation of various solar PV and battery energy storage systems.
Key responsibilities for this role will include: 

  • Design complete large-scale PV systems,
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications of PV systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct detailed site evaluations for targeted projects, including but not limited to, due diligence review, proposal development and pre-engineering support to Sales, Finance and Construction.
  • Coordinate with structural, electrical,  and civil rofessional Engineers during design process to assure the design meets technical requirements.
  • Identify appropriate equipment for use in PV systems and perform technical qualification of vendors.
  • Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
  • Provide on-going technical support to project construction team during construction of PV systems.

Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience with the development and design of large-scale solar plants, technical experience in the design, development or construction of large-scale renewables energy projects including solar, wind, biomass and/or battery energy storage systems.
  • Experience in managing/coordinating pre-construction phase -programming/planning and design and construction management
  • Very good level of English
  • Designing PV system using  PVSol, PVSyst, PVCase or other PV design software, AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented
  • Superb time management skills and detail orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with all levels of professionals.
  • Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Availability to travel abroad

PRESENTATION DESIGNER

 As a visual storyteller, you will be responsible for bringing client's strategy to life, working closely with executives and internal teams to create compelling brand narratives.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Will work autonomously and manage individual projects to completion
  • Design With Purpose: understand the content of presentations and apply best design practices to create slide content for optimal viewing
  • Turn data, concepts and research into compelling learning materials through presentations while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
  • Able to effectively manage a wide range of projects simultaneously, by quickly grasping objectives and meeting tight deadlines  communicate directly with key people.
  • Must be able to carry out brand research to understand the target audience, storyboard ideas and be able to interpret these visually
  • Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop create custom PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, templates and content with the brand guidelines.  
  • Provides high-quality, brand appropriate individual graphic designs using InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Required Technical Skills:

2+ years of professional Presentation, Keynote, and/or PowerPoint Design experience 
Highly skilled in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
A strong portfolio of delivering creative work showing design skills, creativity, typography, storytelling through visuals, and good use of imagery

  • Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts or related field

  • Preferred Skills:

A communicative team player
Analytical and problem-solving thinking
Able to work across multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Bonus points if you have:

A keen eye for visual presentation of all forms of written communication

Менпауър България търси за свой клиент,утвърдена,производствена компания –мотивиран специалист, който да се присъедини към екипа на компанията, на позиция ТЕХНИЧЕСКИ РЪКОВОДИТЕЛ на монтажни дейности

 
 
Супервайзор механичен/ел. монтаж
 

Основни отговорности:

  • Ръководи и организира изпълнението на монтажните работи на обекта, съгласно стандартите на компанията и специфичните особености на инвестиционни проекти;
  • Отговаря монтажните работи да бъдат завършвани в срок, съгласно линейния календарен график за всеки обект;
  • Участва в логистиката на получаване, складиране, експедиция и получаване на материалите и съоръженията;
  • Организира на инвестиционния обект работата по монтажа на съоръженията;
  • Контролира качеството на изпълняваните монтажни дейности и отговаря за изпълнението им в съответствие с инвестиционните проекти и техническа спецификация;
  • Познава техническите проекти на обекта, може да чете чертежи и да работи по тях;
  • Координира и контролира дейността на подизпълнителите и служителите на фирмата;
  • Следи всички работещи на обекта да са с необходимите предпазни средства и работно облекло;
  • Изготвя протоколи и справки за напредъка на извършените монтажни дейности, като ги проверява по количество и качество; 
  • Осъществява пътувания в страната и чужбина.

Изисквания за позицията:

  • Инженерно образование;
  • Практически опит като технически ръководител или опит в монтажните дейности се счита за предимство;
  • Отлични технически познания; познания за механичен и/или ел. монтаж
  • Свободно разчитане на проектна документация в дигитален вид AutoCad;
  • Умения за работа в динамична работна среда, инициативност и добра организация;
  • Възможност за пътувания и чести командировки в страната и чужбина
  • Свидетелство за управление на МПС-кат. В;
  • Английски език –  добро ниво на владеене;
