Recruitment and HR Specialist

As a Recruitment and HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and retaining  talent for their expanding workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective and proactive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from the regions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Conduct interviews to identify the best candidates for each role.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome and well-informed.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage HR documentation and communicate actively with external payroll.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Recruitment and/or HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Fluency in English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactivity and creativity in proposing different recruitment solutions.

HR Administrative Specialist

We are looking for a competent and motivated professional to join our partner – global high-tech company, on the position of:

HR Administrative Specialist
 
Key Responsibilities:

Administer new hires process, changes in labor contracts, termination processes and related documentation – reassignments, annexes, etc
Prepare documents regarding legal changes – internal orders and regulations
Issue and complete official documents requested by employees
Administer employee benefits, requests and third party vendors
Ensure all legally required documents and processes as per Bulgarian Labor Legislation Requirements
Support monthly payroll process (local and international) and ensure timely payment of employees’ salaries
Manage, develop and update the employees’ files and systems
Prepare timely HR reports and maintain HR mailbox
Support HR external and internal audit requests
Provide support to people managers on HR processes
Serve as a local point of contact for employee relations issues
Participate in specific local and Global HR projects

Requirements for the role:

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in HR administration.
In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and legislation.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel and experienced with HR systems such as Omeks, Hermes, Aladin, and Workday.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Project scope: Payroll Time Tracking system implementation 

YOUR ROLE: 
To evaluate and improve business processes, ensure the efficiency of business operations, and create and implement changes to the project strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Meet with business teams (HR, Payroll) to discuss requirements and objectives
• Troubleshoot and improve processes, identify areas of improvement

Requirements for the role:

– 5+ years of experience on a relevant position in Payroll, HR, Administration
– Experience in manufacturing sector will be considered as an advantage

– Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management or equivalent
– Excellent command of English
– Excellent computer skills and work with MS Office tools
