Customer inquiries processing specialist with German

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for a Customer inquiries processing specialist with German for one of our international partners. If you consider yourself a suitable and ambitious candidate join now their team.

Responsibilities:
 

Communicate with customers using email and phone;
Answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner;
Collaborate closely with other team members and colleagues;
Guide customers in finding the best solution for them.

Your profile:
 

Has excellent command of spoken and written German;
Very good command of English;
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus;
Can adapt quickly to changes in products, processes, and technology;
Has good computer literacy.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with  core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.

 
Responsibilities:

Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, including database input and maintenance, scheduling medical check-ups and training, and overseeing overseas assignments as an interface between clients and employees, including translation if necessary;
Contribute to creating and maintaining a company culture based on loyalty, commitment, and respect.

Qualifications:

Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial or construction sector;
Ability to assess technical skills and identify exceptional candidates;
Fluent in French and Bulgarian;
English is considered an advantage;
Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member;
Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to company values;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately;
Adaptability and creativity;
Enthusiasm and a desire to excel in the field of recruitment.
