Main Responsibilities:

Producing, creating, and inputting all General Ledger journals, including non-AP/AR bank payments, while ensuring accuracy, correct authorization, and maintenance of relevant supporting evidence.
Preparing accurate US GAAP Management Accounts in adherence to the Month, Quarter, and Year-End Global Close Schedule.
Supporting the preparation of accurate Statutory Accounts in adherence to statutory deadlines.
Liaising closely with the Business Unit to ensure a good understanding of business developments.
Performing accruals, reconciliations, and analysis of company accounts on a monthly base.

 

 

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2 – 3 years of experience in accounting.
Excellent conversational and written knowledge in French and English.
Attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivated and organized.
Ability to assess, recommend, and implement process improvements.
