Event Coordinator

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our client's team, an organization dedicated to implementing projects in research, innovation, and technology.

 

EVENT COORDINATOR

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling incoming inquiries regarding event organization;
Conducts daily meetings with clients and partners and presents different event locations;
Handles the process of offering and enters the offers into the database;
Controls and synchronizes all stages during events;
Prepares and presents reports on the work done, expenses incurred, and final results;
Manages and coordinates the following activities: selection of suitable venues, technical equipment, accommodation, catering, transportation, visual design and layout, promotional materials, special programs for participants, and other elements essential to the integrity of the event;
Administers, organizes, and coordinates subcontractors (technical support, security, access control, cleaning) related to event management;
Manages the event calendar.

 

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in event organization, marketing, corporate sales, advertising;
Creativity and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent command of the English language;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficiency in software programs such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW. Experience with FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Sales Consultant

Our trusted partner is publishing company operating in Balkans region, which business sector is partworks weekly editions for kids.  

We are currently looking for a motivated candidate for the position:

SALES CONSULTANT

The main sales channel is kiosks and corner stores that carry press, as well as selective chains of modern trade (Fantastico, Inmedio, etc.).

Responsibilities:
•         Visit the kiosks/convenience stores and ensure that they are stocked with the products/collections.
•         Visit key retailers, aiming at improving display levels – minimize OOS.
•         Visit prospective clients in order to broaden the distribution base
•         Create weekly itineraries for covering all the districts 
•         Monitor kiosk/store inventory and arrange ordering process based on the store needs 
•         Monitor collections display and competition publications 
•         Provide reports of the visits 
 
Qualification and requirements: 
•         University degree 
•         English – good conversational level
•         At least 2 years of experience working in retail or sales position in traditional channel
•         Excellent analytical skills 
•         Good user of Excel 
•         Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•         Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service 
•         May be required to travel to client locations 
•         Preferably own a vehicle – expenses to be compensated by the company

Administrative Coordinator

Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its international partners – an international  company, for an ambitious candidate to join their department.

As a Administrative Coordinator you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of new projects and maintaining seamless project implementation.

 
Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the initiation and execution of new projects across different implementation phases;
Managing customer audits and actively participating in the development of customer SOP (Standard Operating Procedures);
Providing crucial support for internal tasks, including component ordering, machine deliveries, and workstation setup, to facilitate on-time project completion;
Identifying and communicating project risks and blockers that may impact delivery schedules;
Upholding compliance with the VOSS Project Management Methodology;
Serving as the primary point of contact for both our customers and our central Project Management organization;
Overseeing the procurement and timely delivery of customer-specific tooling and machinery required for project implementation.

 
Main Requirements:

Proven experience in product launch, production preparation, or project management
A university degree, preferably in a technical field;
Proficiency in using MS Office applications;
Familiarity with SAP, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and 5S principles is highly desirable;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German is a plus;
Possession of a Project Management certification will be advantageous;
Previous experience in the automotive industry will be a strong asset.
