Отговорности и задължения на длъжността:

Организира и управлява цялата дейност, свързана с продажбите и маркетинга на туристическия бизнес на компанията;
Изготвя и проследява изпълнението на маркетинговия план и бюджет; 
Активно търси и привлича нови клиенти, установява и поддържа активна комуникация с турагенти; 
Провежда преговори, изготвя договори, ценови оферти, справки и анализи свързани с дейността;
Проучва пазара,  отговаря за рекламната политика на туристическата дейност на компанията, анализира ефективността от рекламните активности в различните традиционни и нетрадиционни медийни канали, като развива директни продажби ;
Участва в рекламни мероприятия и събития, туристически борси и конференции;
Изготвя търговска и отчетна документация, справки и анализи свързани с дейността;
Утвърждава и поддържа добрият имидж на компанията и продукта.

Изисквания за длъжността:

Висше образование в сферата на Туризъм, Хотелиерство, Управление, Маркетинг или друго икономическо образование;
Предишен опит на позиция-Мениджър Продажби, Маркетинг или сходна позиция в областта на хотелиерството;
Високи организационни умения, умения за работа с клиенти и в екип, ефективно разпределяне на времето и приоритизиране на работните задачи;
Отлично боравене с MS Office Word, Excel, Internet, Social Networks;
Много добра компютърна грамотност и опит в работа с хотелски софтуер /предимство е опит с Clock Evo/;
Много добро владеене на английски език (втори чужд език е предимство);
Умение за работа в динамична среда, с разнообразни текущи задачи;
Иновативност, творчество и прецизност в работата;

Основни задължения:

Планира и координира процесите в производството с цел генериране на качествена продукция и в срок;
Координира работата между различните отдели на компанията, за да се осигури непрекъснатост на производствените операции и да се постигат текущите цели;
Планира, наблюдава и анализира ключови показатели и процеси, за да се гарантира ефективно и навременно изпълнение на поставените задачи;
Отговаря за правилното и ефективно разпределение на работата между служителите в отдела;
Идентифицира и управлява рисковете, които могат да повлияят на производствените операции;
Контролира спазването на технологията на производство, инструкциите за работа и правилната експлоатация на оборудването.

Изисквания за длъжността:

Висше образование;
Минимум 3 години опит на сходна ръководна длъжност;
Умение за работа с печатни машини за офсетов и дигитален печат;
Организационни и комуникативни умения;
Английски език – добро работно ниво;
Компютърни умения – Microsoft Office.

What YOUR Responsibilities Will Be:
Develops marketing & strategies by evaluating consumer insights, tracking changes in consumer demand, identifying consumer needs and monitoring the competition.
Reviews the annual marketing plan, brands’ communication and media plans, promotions, and all related consumer activities. Ensures that all marketing material is in line with company product identity.
Oversees implementation of the marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, marketing material and digital marketing.
Translates marketing objectives and research into functional shopper or consumer promotion strategies and tactics.
Builds strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, principles and vendors.
Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals. Analyzes programs for ROI and other performance measures, and communicates successes and learnings.
Key partnering along with group business development and sales departments to achieve and maintain brand awareness, customer loyalty and sales growth.

What skills do YOU need to possess?
Master’s Degree in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector. At least 5 years of experience in a leading role
Excellent command of English language

PRESENTATION DESIGNER

 As a visual storyteller, you will be responsible for bringing client's strategy to life, working closely with executives and internal teams to create compelling brand narratives.

In your daily work, you will:

Will work autonomously and manage individual projects to completion
Design With Purpose: understand the content of presentations and apply best design practices to create slide content for optimal viewing
Turn data, concepts and research into compelling learning materials through presentations while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
Able to effectively manage a wide range of projects simultaneously, by quickly grasping objectives and meeting tight deadlines  communicate directly with key people.
Must be able to carry out brand research to understand the target audience, storyboard ideas and be able to interpret these visually
Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop create custom PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, templates and content with the brand guidelines.  
Provides high-quality, brand appropriate individual graphic designs using InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator.

To be successful, you will have:

Required Technical Skills:

2+ years of professional Presentation, Keynote, and/or PowerPoint Design experience 
Highly skilled in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
A strong portfolio of delivering creative work showing design skills, creativity, typography, storytelling through visuals, and good use of imagery

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts or related field

Preferred Skills:

A communicative team player
Analytical and problem-solving thinking
Able to work across multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
