Executive assistant

As a partner of a multinational company for financial services, we're currently looking for Executive assistant to support senior management and the broader team.

Responsibilities:

Manage senior management's day-to-day activities.
Organize conferences, meetings, and events; set priorities on behalf of the manager or team.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare agendas.
Assist with documentation for overseas travel.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
Maintain and update records, produce reports, and various correspondence.
Handle sensitive materials with appropriate confidentiality.
Expense management.
Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and uphold company’s reputation.

Qualifications:

Previous office administration experience, preferably within a large and complex financial services or similar organization.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
University degree or equivalent experience.

Project Manager

For one of our Partners – a tech leader – we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the way in innovative product development from scratch to delivery.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

Coordinate and ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on budget and prepare reports on them
Oversee, plan and execute the product development of the projects lifecycle to the final while working and coordinate with  the project teams, external partners and clients
Be the main person to lead the success of projects under your direction
Track, report and document management on project progress to ensure milestones are achieved and communicate updates to other participants
Dedicate approximately 30-40% of your time to administrative responsibilities

We are looking for:

Technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally (but not a must) within a technology-driven environment
Fluent English level
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of the project management principles
Certifications for Project Management is advantage

Payroll Optimization Strategist (2-Year Project, Hybrid Work)

For one of our trusted clients- a multinational information technology company with a global presence, Manpower is looking for a Payroll Optimization Strategist (Payroll process manager)
Project scope: Payroll Time Tracking system implementation 

YOUR ROLE: 
To evaluate and improve business processes, ensure the efficiency of business operations, and create and implement changes to the project strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Meet with business teams (HR, Payroll) to discuss requirements and objectives
• Troubleshoot and improve processes, identify areas of improvement
• Implement processes to integrate WD modules into operations
• Update process and procedure documentation
• Provide guidance to business teams
• Support operational teams in understanding and mastering process control
• Build positive relationships with local stakeholders
• Escalate issues and provide recommendations
• Work closely with operational staff to ensure timely delivery of outcomes (blueprint, UAT, etc.)

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams
• Excellent English language skills 
• Time tracking experience or knowledge is a plus
• Payroll process experience
• Report and procedure writing skills
• Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience with collaboration and critical thinking exercises
* The opportunity to travel (up to 10 days for 2 years)
