                           CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN

The company offers:

  1. Day shift schedule – Monday-Friday-9:00-18:00/ 10:00-19:00/ 11:00-20:00;
  2. Night shift schedule- Monday-Sunday- 15:00-24:00;

What You Need:

  • Fluency in German-C1(written and verbal);
  • Working proficiency in English-B2;
  • Good typing and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications;

Your typical day:

  • Provide high-touch customer care to business travelers;
  • Offer solutions for flight, hotel, train travel, and other travel-related needs;
  • Assist clients both before and during their business trips.

We are seeking a professional with fluency in Dutch or Czech for one of our partners. A dynamic and innovative BPO company dedicated to providing exceptional services globally. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries and issues via written communication (email or chat).
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all interactions with users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of moderation processes and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch or Czech (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive or challenging situations diplomatically.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Client Advisor with German- Voice/ Chat Communication 

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Be readily available to assist our clients and consistently uphold the company's core values.
