As a Recruiter you will play a vital role in recruiting and selecting the best workers to join a dedicated team. Your mission will involve identifying, assessing, and attracting candidates aligned with  core values, while actively contributing to the creation of a positive and stimulating work environment.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a variety of qualified candidates;
  • Effectively disseminate job openings across various platforms and professional networks;
  • Identify potential talents through targeted research and creative search techniques;
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills;

Technical Support Engineer – Level 2


Your Role:

 

• Provide technical support service for B2B and internal customers via all communication channels: phone, e-mail, IM, ticketing system

• Investigate technical problems and their root cause

• Monitor infrastructure and services

• Provide respond to any alert or requests according to the SLA

• Communicate with R&D team and 3rd parties

• Provide regular reports

 

Qualifications & Competences:

 

• Experience in basic Linux command line interface and utilities

• Understanding of TCP/IP network stack and main protocols

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Basic scripting skills (bash, awk, sed)

• Familiar with Cloud services (AWS preferably)

• Experience in work with web applications, monitoring systems, LAMP stack, DNS, mail servers, CDN

• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD

• Intermediate English (speaking/writing)

• Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks

• Be able to work in shifts

• Self-learning, responsible, communicative, accurate

 

Considered as a plus:

 

• Linux administration

• AWS administration

• Monitoring systems configuration (Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios)

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)

Your typical day will include:

Your profile:

Отговорности:

  • Водене на търговска кореспонденция с клиентите;
