Accounting Manager

Your Tasks: 

  • Overseeing a small team of 3-5 professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship;

Project Management Coordinator

We are on the lookout for a talented Project Managment Coordinator in global innovative company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategy for developing new services according to the local market specific. 
  • Continuously monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for service development and expand the client portfolio.
  • Responsible for the B&I projects from commercial, technical, financial point and closing of the projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. 
  • Determine needed resources – manpower, equipment and materials and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases.
  • Coordinates the commercial offers to the clients within the established deadlines.

Requirements: 

  • Civil engineering university diploma
  • + 5 years relevant experience in construction Project Management
  • B2B Sales & BD previous proven experience.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
