National Sales Manager
YOUR Responsibilities:

Develop the local market sales organization to gain a competitive advantage through business efficiency improvements
Influence all relevant lines of the P&L
Ensures that all commercial В2С and B2B activities are managed according to the company's business principles and operating guidelines.
Assist the management team in Sales plan creation, identifying savings and increased revenue within the local market and implementing appropriate changes
Develop a strong, long-term relationship with the Trade partners to develop the direct distribution of the company products
Perform monthly, weekly, and daily reporting of sales and business KPIs
Proactively ensure cross-functional alignment and communication
Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage sales staff to deliver superior performance and results
Develop commercial, entrepreneurial, and managerial skills for Boutique and Trade Management.
Manage and comply with the HR and Line Manager’s Planning Cycle

What skills do YOU need to possess?

University Degree (or equivalent) in Commercial, Sales, or Economics
Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years
At least 3-5 years of Sales Management experience, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results
Has consistently demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse sales roles
Successful track record of managing and developing people with proven leadership ability to drive and motivate a sales team
Fluency in English is mandatory
Have a full driving license is required
Strong desire to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding results
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

As a Tax Team Supervisor, you will oversee routine operations of the end-to-end record-to-report processes. In this role, you will build and develop a team, oversee decision-making and problem-solving, collaborate with stakeholders to influence and drive change, monitor and review key performance indicators and metrics and lead specific projects to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate stakeholder management by building robust, credible business relationships with key partners and stakeholders and building communication plans to keep teams all working toward the same goal.
Lead an operational VAT Compliance team delivering accounting and financial reporting services.
Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management.
Leverage business and accounting principles and practices for the review and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support an internal control environment within finance including risk mitigation and the total compliance of all the operations and services according to internal and external regulations.
Partner and align with the process strategy by closely working with the Finance Operations Tax team, process architects and regional leadership.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

What skills do YOU need to possess?

Master's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
Experience in managing stakeholders in regional and global environments with extensive experience working in a diversified industry environment
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and highly adept at building resiliency within them
Progresses productively under conditions of change and ambiguity and defends the vital changes in the organization helping others prepare for the impact and acceptance of such changes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
Accounting experience in finance operations work with extensive knowledge of Tax financial operations and related processes
Experience with implementation, migration and process optimizations
