Основни функции и задължения:

Планиране, провеждане на консултации и извършване на анализи на процеси, свързани със селскостопанската продукция.
Управление етапите на засаждане и отглеждане на растенията, като се следи техните реакции на различните почвени и климатични условия.
Координиране процесите по предписаните мерки с отговорниците по процеси и следене за навременното и качествено изпълнение.
Анализиране информацията, събрана от полето и изготвяне на предложения за подобрение на селскостопанските практики, включително техники за обработка, растителна защита и торене.
Извършване на мониторинг за качественото изпълнение на всички дейности, извършвани на полето.
Познаване и следене развитието на селскостопанските технологии и изготвя предложения за тяхното имплементиране в компанията.

Основни изисквания:

Висше образование в сферата на агрономството;
Професионален опит на подобна позиция, свързана с отглеждането на пшеница, ечемик, царевица и слънчоглед;
Опит с работа с модерни технологии, разчитане и анализиране на получената информация;

Role mission:

The essential duties and responsibilities for the role include:

Developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes, its improvement, warehouse, and facility management, to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
Drawing on relationships with subordinate department managers, internal clients, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Devising strategies for ensuring the growth of new operations and expansion programs enterprise-wide, and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
Recognizing and actively seeking ways to improve operational delivery to address business, organizational and technical issues, specifically focusing on scaling the operations abroad. 
Influencing senior level and scaling project teams through change management initiatives
Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity and profitability. 
Planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements
Adhering to the company’s policies and standards and ensuring that laws and regulations are being followed on current or new markets. 
Working closely with other heads of units to improve organizational efficiency.
Mentoring and leading the team with integrity to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

Product Management Specialist

Job brief:

The main objective of the Product Manager is to apply fast-moving product management of textile products. The business sector, in which the company operates, requires close connection with market and suppliers, necessary for the dynamic management of the product features.

Responsibilities:

To perform dynamic management of the product portfolio – pricing, aging (turnover), promotions, P&L;
 To list, categorize and maintain the entire product nomenclature;
To monitor market dynamics – customer trends, competitive activities, long-term fluctuations.
To develop a full database of information regarding company’s products for the use of internal and external users and to update it on regular basis;
To forecast and to analyze sales in terms of volumes, margin, clients, regions;
To cooperate with Finance and IT departments to improve product management tools;
To recommend suppliers’ characteristics necessary for the successful market performance of the products;
To identify key performance indicators for the product management activity;
To analyze the products turnover and to propose action to improve it.
Analyze and Compare pricing data and sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase

Requirements and skills:

High education diploma in related field
Min 3 years of experience in the field of product management and marketing, preferably in a field with relatively fast-moving tangible products.
Strong orientation towards hands-on activities, field market work, dynamic market, and product environment.
Experience and positive attitude towards number-crunching and fast analysis as input for practical application
Excellent command of English
Must be proficient using Excel.
Proactive and systematic approach
Focused on the long-term results.
