Key Responsibilities:

Administer new hires process, changes in labor contracts, termination processes and related documentation (reassignments, annexes, etc.).

Ensure all legally required documents and processes as per Bulgarian Labor Legislation Requirements.
Support monthly payroll process and ensure timely payment of employees’ salaries.

Requirements for the role:

+3 years of hands-on experience in payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and legislation.

YOUR Responsibilities:

Your Role:

 

• Provide technical support service for B2B and internal customers via all communication channels: phone, e-mail, IM, ticketing system

• Investigate technical problems and their root cause

• Monitor infrastructure and services

• Provide respond to any alert or requests according to the SLA

• Communicate with R&D team and 3rd parties

• Provide regular reports

 

Qualifications & Competences:

 

• Experience in basic Linux command line interface and utilities

• Understanding of TCP/IP network stack and main protocols

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Basic scripting skills (bash, awk, sed)

• Familiar with Cloud services (AWS preferably)
