Account Manager- IT Sales

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings with prospective and existing corporate clients to expand sales of client solutions (workstations, laptops, servers, storage systems, print management solutions, and specialized IT services);
Maintain active communication with clients, prepare commercial proposals, and track the commercial execution of their orders and/or contracts;
Prepare commercial offers and/or proposals for participation in tenders and commercial procedures;
Work directly with responsible personnel in the representations or offices of the manufacturers our company partners with, preparing price requests for the respective commercial proposals;
Actively participate in technical/commercial seminars, exhibitions, and meetings with clients.

Requirements:

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales/pre-sales/technology services.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to understand and analyse client requirements.
Have excellent command of English and Bulgarian language (both written and spoken).
Demonstrate excellent computer literacy – MS Windows and MS Office/Word, Excel/.
Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, economics, or equivalent.
Have knowledge of computer hardware and software.

The role:

Ensure the successful fulfilment of production plan
Plan, organize and control the production process
Evaluate weekly production capacity in alignment with sales demands, maintenance schedules, cleaning plans, and production characteristics.
Conduct daily and weekly production meetings with shift leaders.
Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel
Provide coaching and motivation to the team to ensure optimal productivity.
Generate, monitor, and share weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the production teams
Monitor proper operation of the production machinery and inform the people about damage occurred and detected faults.
Give proposals for optimization of the production process and implementing improvements to the production process.
Participate in the annual manufacturing budgeting process
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyses and forecasts regarding work.
Oversee the procurement and inventory management of packaging materials.

The ideal candidate will have:
