Responsibilities:

Provide timely and accurate analysis on actual monthly plant performance, internal financial reports (IFR), and company scorecards.
Provide quantification of financial impact to support plant discussions and decision making.
Supports for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices.
Supports in a monthly accounting report. This includes tracking inventory costs, labor costs, overhead, and equipment depreciation.
In addition, reconciliation of different balance sheet accounts using a general ledger format is expected on a monthly basе.
Involved in standard costs calculations.
Analyze plant labor, scrap, operational spending, and inventory transactions for optimal manufacturing levels.
Advice the production manager and all aspects of financial postings in the manufacturing.
Assists and/or participates in periodic and annual inventories.

Qualifications:

Excellent skills in financial analysis,
Understanding of accounting procedures
Proficient in data entry and management and ability to meet deadlines.
Analytic and communication skills.
More than 5 years’ experience in similar role in manufacturing plant
Good level of English
Teamwork and professional integrity
Excellent office package skills as excel, power point, word etc.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST – PRODUCTION COMPANY

Responsibilities:

Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex customers’ complaints;
Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex problems in terms of quality;
Audit the plants to check the degree of compliance with the Quality Assurance requirements and identify improvement opportunities to prevent or minimize quality and/or food safety problems and support on the implementation of corrective actions;
Participate in customers audits;
Develop standard procedures in terms of quality assurance in order to reduce variability and improve the consistency of the quality of product;
Guarantee the implementation of standard procedures and ensure its compliance in all areas of the company and guarantee that they are properly interpreted and enforced by everyone;

Requirements:

University degree
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Experience on a similar position will be advantage;
Freely using MS Windows and MS Office, especially MS Excel;
Very good organization skills;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Team player;

Responsibilities:

Organizes and controls the activities of subordinate employees from the testing laboratory in conducting product tests to comply with the safety and functionality requirements of regulatory documents;
Controls the activities of all production and functional managers and executives related to ensuring the quality of production and the functioning of processes;
Processes statistical information and regularly presents a written analysis with proposals for technical and organizational measures and solutions to address and/or prevent non-compliance;

Participates in the implementation of new and improved products in serial and mass production;
Participates in creating technological procedures at all levels of the production process;

Requirements:
