We are on the lookout for a talented Project Managment Coordinator in global innovative company.

Main responsibilities:

Define and implement the strategy for developing new services according to the local market specific. 
Continuously monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for service development and expand the client portfolio.
Responsible for the B&I projects from commercial, technical, financial point and closing of the projects.
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. 
Determine needed resources – manpower, equipment and materials and obtain permits and licenses.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases.
Coordinates the commercial offers to the clients within the established deadlines. 
Maintain up to date the CRM internal systems (Sales Force etc.) 

Requirements: 

Civil engineering university diploma
+ 5 years relevant experience in construction Project Management
B2B Sales & BD previous proven experience.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Proficiency in English is a must.
Valid driving license.
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
