Head of IT Department 

The Role:
You would be responsible for providing high quality IT services into the organization, by supporting and maintaining the IT systems while following the IT processes for efficient support to all business users. You would be also responsible for implementing new IT projects, systems and precesses and actively participate in the factory lifecycle.

The Responsibilities:

Managing the implementation of new projects
Participation is instalation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;;
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
Providing IT technical support across the company;
Testing new technology;
Participant in many international IT projects, providing technical information about the current situation, suggestions for a future technical decision and being technical bridge between management and international project leaders.

The Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Previous relevant professional experience at least 3 years;
Fluency in English Language;
Ability for presenting ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language;
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Adaptability to changing environment;
Ability for working with a minimum supervision;
Possession driving license category B.

JUNIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT (Project based)

The consultant will be participating in reengineering projects in middle and large size companies from all backgrounds (Industry, Services, Sales, Logistics, etc…) in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities of the role:

Participate in conducting analysis of the client organization and the processes of a department – this includes data collection and data analysis, observations, etc.
Participate in analysing the insights and defining opportunities for improvement.
Propose a potential solution (Action plans) for the opportunities based on different methodologies like: LEAN, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, SIX SIGMA, etc.
Active communication with the department managers of the client organization.
Be part of the implementation process from the beginning to the moment the action plan is fully implemented – which includes trainings, tests, follow-ups.
Directly reporting to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

University degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Management or relevant.
2-3 years work experience
English – good conversational level
Good computer literacy – MS Office
