In this pivotal role, you’ll:

Coordinate and ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on budget and prepare reports on them
Oversee, plan and execute the product development of the projects lifecycle to the final while working and coordinate with  the project teams, external partners and clients
Be the main person to lead the success of projects under your direction
Track, report and document management on project progress to ensure milestones are achieved and communicate updates to other participants
Dedicate approximately 30-40% of your time to administrative responsibilities

We are looking for:

Technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally (but not a must) within a technology-driven environment
Fluent English level
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of the project management principles
Certifications for Project Management is advantage

• Participate in the annual manufacturing budgeting process;
• Analyze production parameters and plant efficiency data, initiating improvements as needed;
• Support expansion, enhancement, quality, or safety projects.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field;
· Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector;
· Proficiency in English and in MS Office, especially with Excel;
· Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization, a strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities;

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Program PC software for measuring instruments. 

Adapt existing software to run on new operating systems. 

Extend existing software with new features and functionality. 

Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. 

Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. 

Provide technical support to the sales team, including assisting with product demonstrations and responding to technical inquiries. 

Conduct testing of software to ensure compatibility with different measuring devices and other equipment. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor's degree in information technology or comparable practical training. 

Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, .Net, and SQL databases. 

Experience in GUI programming. 

Ideally interested in the field of measurement, control, weighing, and laboratory technology. 

Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage. 

Confident handling of MS Office products. 

Flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a high level of service and customer orientation.
