For one of our Partners – a tech leader – we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the way in innovative product development from scratch to delivery.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

Coordinate and ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on budget and prepare reports on them
Oversee, plan and execute the product development of the projects lifecycle to the final while working and coordinate with  the project teams, external partners and clients
Be the main person to lead the success of projects under your direction
Track, report and document management on project progress to ensure milestones are achieved and communicate updates to other participants
Dedicate approximately 30-40% of your time to administrative responsibilities

We are looking for:

Technical degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally (but not a must) within a technology-driven environment
Fluent English level
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of the project management principles
Certifications for Project Management is advantage

                                      Quality Assurance Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Performs all necessary tests and inspections of the materials and supplies for production as well as of manufactured products in order to ensure the production quality
Supplier complaint management incl. cost negotiations
Monitoring supplier performance to ensure that they are meeting quality standards and deadlines
Support the qualification/ validation of new material / suppliers.
Coordinating and determining the scope of sampling with suppliers, as well as reviewing the documentation provided and storage first sample
Interaction with other departments within the company regarding issues with suppliers
Responsible for communication with Suppliers. Initiation and establishment of the quality circles  and corresponding reviews.
Develop suppliers in case of supplier quality problems according to the internal escalation model (supplier development program)
Planning and execution of supplier audits according to VDA 6.3 at national and international level
Participates in quality planning activities for new and ongoing projects
Uses quality management tools, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA), Control plan, Process and product release, Process capability analysis, MSA etc.
Solves problems by using problem-solving methods – Eight disciplines (8D), Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC), Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why?
Responsible for compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Responsibility for Continuous Improvement actions at the area of responsibility

Qualifications & Skills

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronic or technical engineering
Proven experience in supplier quality management (preferably in the automotive industry)
Well-versed experience in quality assurance and quality control methods and standards applied in the automotive industry
Automotive Core Tools knowledge and IATF 16949; experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 desirable
Knowledge and interpretation of technical drawings and internal and external standards
Very good skills in working with MS Office software products
Basic skills in working with SAP software products
Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
Problem-solving skills
Very good communication skills

Program PC software for measuring instruments. 

Adapt existing software to run on new operating systems. 

Extend existing software with new features and functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, .Net, and SQL databases. 

Experience in GUI programming. 

Ideally interested in the field of measurement, control, weighing, and laboratory technology. 

Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage. 

Confident handling of MS Office products.
