Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Provide personalized investment advice and execute trades on behalf of clients, utilizing a deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to identify investment opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
Strong understanding of Real Estate markets and trading strategies.
Experience with residential properties and/or new estates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Excellent command of the English language.

Purchasing Specialist

We are currently looking for serious and ambitious candidate for the position of:

Purchasing Specialist

Main responsibilities:

Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
Negotiating price, delivery schedule and terms, periodically renewing price lists and terms and conditions;
Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues, managing claims;
Transport organization and optimization.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a purchasing specialist or in a similar role in a manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred;
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP such as SAP/NAVISION will be considered as an advantage;
English language – high level;
Communications and negotiations skills

Currently we are looking for a motivated expert to join the team of our partner, a production company, as an:
Head of SUPPLY CHAIN Management 
Role and Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates the working processes in the department – distribution and warehouse.
Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and products located in in the factory and in the warehouses.
Improves the plant warehousing strategies for materials and finished products and optimizing inventory at warehouses.
Product portfolio management
Negotiates prices and terms with the strategic suppliers and freight forwarders.
Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply
Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes.

Requirements:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, or related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in industrial environments.
Business fluent in English both written and oral.
Deep understanding of production and supply chain processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
Proficient using Excel
Strong Leadership skills.
